京都市内のマンションリノベーション計画である。京都の山々を望む眺望の良い立地にあり、遠くには高級ホテルの姿も見えている。同様の眺望を持つ好条件な物件でありながら、施主のこだわりを反映し、青を基調としたデザインにした。ホテルライクな空間を演出し、非日常を日常に溶け込ませる計画である。

This is a renovation project for an apartment in Kyoto City. The property enjoys a prime location with a scenic view of the Kyoto mountains, with a luxury hotel visible in the distance. While the property boasts similar favorable views, the design was centered around a blue color scheme to reflect the client’s particular preferences. The plan aims to create a hotel-like space that seamlessly integrates the extraordinary into everyday life.
