YOKIがプロデュース、デザイン、設計する宿泊施設、『YOKI』である。既存の町家を一棟貸しにする計画である。
既存部分と新規部分のコントラストをつけることで、リノベーションならではの空間の質をつくりだし、非日常的な空間の魅力を最大限引き出すことをめざしている。

YOKI produces, designs, and develops accommodation facilities under the name “YOKI.” The current project involves converting traditional townhouses into whole-unit rentals. By emphasizing the contrast between the existing structure and newly added elements, we aim to create a distinctive quality unique to renovation, and to maximize the allure of an extraordinary, immersive space.
